About Me
I was born in 1985 in northern Wisconsin and was always involved in sports growing up. Once i turned 18 i joined the Military and was a flight deck mechanic for the navy. During my 12 years of service i was always the command fitness leader where i lead daily workouts for both navy and marines up to 500 people at once.
Towards the end of my time in the military i stared a company called X Bands where we design and sell different resistance bands and other workout accessories. Making it easy to get a great workout in wherever you are.
Over the last 20 years I've trained thousands of people both military and civilians. Now with the new technology i can take what i learned and bring it online to help and motivate people all over the world .

As you age it becomes more and more import to keep your health up. As you age your body starts to breakdown making you more prone to breaking bones or health issues.
The only way to combat those issues to make sure you have a clean and healthy eating habits and partake in some sort of resistance training at least 3-5 days a week for a minimum of 45 minutes.
Once you start this you'll immediately start feeling and looking better. I'm here to guide you through this process making it as easy as possible.
